摘要
采用爆破方法更新改造武钢能源总厂原 1号风机 ,风机基础柱在原爆破方案下出现悬而不倒的不安全现象。针对此现象 ,进行现场分析 ,找出问题的关键。通过小药量爆破露筋再切割主筋的改进方法 ,并结合原方案的爆破参数 ,最终取得满意的爆破效果。
In the course of replacing the No.1 ventilator in the Central Energy Source Factory of WISCO by way of blasting operation the base pillar of the ventilator didn't fall down but was still dangerously suspended in the air.In light of this phenomenon analysis was made and key to the issue found out and the problem finally solved by way of firstly demolishing the exposed steel rib with small amount of explosive and then cutting off the main rib.Excellent results have been achieved in the end.
