摘要
金属硅样品经硝酸、氢氟酸溶解 ,用高氯酸冒烟、蒸发 ,除去硅后 ,采用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收法 ,可直接测定其主要杂质元素铁、铜、锰。该方法操作简便 ,测定速度快 。
The sample of silicon metal is dissolved in HNO 3 and HF and evaporated with HClO 4 to remove the most part of silicon.Then,the iron,copper and manganese can be determined directly with air-acetylene absorption spectrometry.This method presenty features of simple,rapid and accurate.
