There are rich in manganese resources, a good assortment of manganese ore and a great washability in Shanxi, so it is imbued with high industrial value and forms the industrial structure with mine, dressing and product process. The systematic planing model, investment economic model and evaluation system of invested indexes were set up in manganese resources of Shanxi. The counter measures were proposed in view of the present question and productive state of manganese mines in Shanxi.
