2--D Wind Resistant Reliability Satisfying Comfort Requirements of Residents for Tall Buildings

摘要 本文提出了矩形横截面高层建筑考虑顺风和横风效应的满足人舒适要求的二维抗风可靠性的分析方法。 This paper presents a calculating method of 2-D wind resistant reliability satisfying comfort re- quirements of residents for tall buildings with rectangle and circular cross-section, in which the a- longwind and acrosswind responses of the structures are considered.
