JBJ-600型搅拌机的研制

摘要 根据搅拌机在海水中工作的特点 ,对搅拌机的结构及选材进行了设计和研究 .细长轴的主机选择双列止推轴承、圆柱滚子轴承和调心滚子轴承 ,确保设备长期运转而免受冲击振动的影响 ;叶片选用耐磨材料高铬铸铁 ,主轴选用耐海水腐蚀的 316不锈钢 .实践证明 ,JBJ- 6 0 0型搅拌机的设计和选材合理 ,寿命长 。 According to the stirrer character working in seawater, its structure and used material was researched. In order to ensure that the machine is running well and avoid the influence of the strike and vibration, double thrust bearing, cylindrical bearing and self\|aligning roller bearing are used in the mainframe of the long and thin axle. The oars are made of wear\|resisting material--high Cr cast iron, and the main shaft is made of 316\|stainless steel with seawater\|corrosion resistance. It is proved that the design and the selected materials are reasonable, and its lifetime is long. The device is a excellent stirrer used in coal power plant.
