摘要
本文应用复阻抗平面图法对CaO(Y_2O_3)—稳定的ZrO_2基固体电解质的电导率进行了研究。在所研究的组成范围内,电导率随稳定剂含量变化曲线上有峰值出现,并从ZrO_2的稳定化过程中联系Zr在萤石结构中的配位数(C.N.)解释了此现象。1000℃时,ZrO_2—Y_2O_3系统的最大电导率为19.10×10^(-2)Ω^(-1)·cm^(-1),ZrO_2—CaO系统的最大电导率为6.284%×10^(-2)Ω^(-1)·cm^(-1)。说明掺量ZrO_2在较高温度下是一个好的氧离子导体。
Conductivities of CaO(Y_2O_3) stabilized ZrO_2 solid electrolyte have been studied using the com- plex admittance method in the present paper. With vary in stabilizer content there occurs a peak in the curve of the conductivity. And this can be explained relating to the coordination number(CN) of Zr in cubic structure during the stabilization of ZrO_2. The highest conductivity of ZrO_2-Y_2O_3 sys- tem is 19.10×10^(-2)Ω^(-1)·cm^(-1) and that of the ZrO_2-CaO system is 6. 284×10^(-2)Ω^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 1000℃. So doped ZrO_2 is a good oxygen ionic conductor at higher temperature.
