摘要
本文采用电子衍射和波谱分析技术研究了 FeCrNiMnMOWVNbN系高温合金在不同状态的晶界和晶内沉淀相的数量、形貌和分布特征。并考察了它们与母相之间的结晶学貌向关系。研究结果表明,合金晶界相主要是片状 M_6C 和薄膜状 M_(23)C_6,从波纹图样上测得其错配度约为3%。晶内 M_6C 和 M_(23)C_6均沿各自的{111)面孪生,同奥氏体保持共格关系。晶内 VC 除以球状均匀弥散沉淀外,还沿位错呈链条状沉淀。在晶内还观察到具有条纹特征的 Laves 相中的层错。
The quantity morphology and distribution of intergranular and intragranular precipitated phases of FeCrNiMnMoWVNbN superalloys at the various states are studied by electron diffraction and spectrum analysis technique,and the crystallographic apparant orienta- tion relationship between matrix and them are investigated.Results have shown that the main existing intergranular phase of the ahoy observed is plate-like M_6C and filmy M_(23)C_6.The misfit obtained from the moire pattern is 3%.The intragranular M_6C and M_(23)C_6 twin a|ong each own planes{111},and the resulting twins keep the coherent relationship with austenite.There has been observed the intragranular VC precipitate not only in the form of homogeneously dis- persed granular,but also in the form of continuous chains or ribbons along dislocations.The stacking faults of fringe feature in the intragranular Laves phase have also been observed.
