摘要
本文介绍了采用工业控制单板机实现应力冻结箱控制的方法,组成了微机DDC系统,研制了相应的软件和硬件。给出了系统硬件结构框图和部分应用软件框图。本文介绍的控制方案和方法可推广应用到各种电加热炉的温度控制及慢时变系统中。
This paper introduces the method for stress freezing box control by single industrial control board microcomputer. The DDC system of microcomputer has been formed and the corresponding software and hardware have been developed. It also presents a hard structure block diagram of the system, some application software block diagrams and the operation results of the system. The control scheme and method introduced in this paper may be generally applied to different kinds of the temperature control of electric heating stores and to the system of slow-time change.
