亚共析钢的组织超塑性

摘要 本文评述了一些作者提出的亚共析钢超塑化方法,提出对于不经特别合金化也不经轧制形变细化的常用亚共析钢,采用少数几次完全淬火和亚温淬火即可获得较大的超塑化程度。20CrMnTi钢经两次完全淬火两次亚温淬火后,在760℃温度下以1.67×10^(-2)/min的初始应变速率进行超塑拉伸试验,获得了450%的超塑延伸率,最大流变应力低至6.8MPa。 On the basis of evaluating the existing superplasticating methods of hypoeutectoid steels, the authors proposed that high level superplastication could be obtained by several times of complete and suberitical hardening in common hypoeutectoid steels which were not specially alloyed or rolled for refinement of grains. The test results show that after 20CrMnTi steel were treated by two times of complete hardening and two times of suberitical hardening, the superplastic elongation of 450% and maximum flow stress of as low as 6.8 MPa were obtained in superplastic tensile test under the temperature of 760℃, and the initial strain rate of 1.67×10^(-2)/min.
