摘要
本文探讨在单种煤及配合煤中加入不同比表面、不同比例的惰性物后烟煤的容惰能力。实验结果表明,容惰力同外加惰性物的比表面积、表面性质等有关,无论是单种煤,还是配合煤,其粘结指数G_(R·I)与容惰力AI的关系均遵循G_(R·I)=A+B·AI(B<0).文中还探讨在单种煤中加入不同粒度级的同一惰性物以及在配合煤中加入不同粒度级、不同种类的惰性物后焦炭的质量。实验结果表明,无论是哪种煤,当外加惰性物的配比相同时,其粒度越小,所得焦炭质量越好;但外加惰性物的粒度不宜过细,否则,将因煤料粘结力不足,使焦炭质量变差。
As for coking, the tolerance of bituminous coal(single coal species and blended coal as well)towards inert additives of various surface areas and different amounts is studied. Experiments show that the tolerance is related with the specific surface srea and the amount of the inert additive. Whether the charge is of a single coal species or of a blended coal,the relation of its G_(R·I)(Caking Index) and its tolerance toward inert additive is G_(R·I)=A+B·AI(B<0). Also studied in this work is the coke quality resulted from the addition of the same additive with different grain size to a single coal species;and that resulted from the addition of various additives of various sizes to blended coals. It is found that the coke quality increases with the decreasing size of the additive, regardless of whether the charge is a songle coal or blended coal. However,a grain size too small may cause poor caking power which deteriorates the coke quality.
