摘要
在分析旧硅线石(H_(23))耐火砖模具使用困难和失效原因的基础上,通过改善设计,针对不同部件,进行合理选材,并施以不同热处理和表面渗硼加淬火回火的复合处理,成功地研制出新模具。使用实践证明,新模具质量好,操作方便,使用寿命提高1倍,获得了可观的经济效益。
Having analysed the inconvenience for use and the factors causing failure of old die sets in making 7-hole sillimanite brick,new die sets are successfully developed.With respect to different com- ponents making up the die set,different methods are selected and heat—treated according to the differ- ence in material,and borided,followed by a compound trestment of quenching and tempering.Actual application of the new die set gives evidence of its high quality,ease to use,and a doubled service life, rendering considerable economic profits.
