摘要
作者通过对并、串罐无钟炉顶模型所作的布料试验及料面形状的测定,着重研究了在相同布料的条件下,并、串罐无钟炉顶结构在炉喉圆周均匀分布和料面形状对称性分布方面的差异。研究结果表明,采用串罐结构,不仅投资省,且布料性能好,对改进高炉操作和炉顶构造有着重要的意义。
Scaled down laboratory models simulating bell-free charge distributors arranged either in parallel or in series employing hopper-containers,are tested for their burden profiles in the furnace throat.It is found that under identical feeding conditions,there is a difference in the uniformity of the distributional pattern in the circumference of the furnace throat and in the symmetry of the burden profile, as regards the in-parallel and in-series arrangements of the hopper-containers.The latter arrangement proves to cost less and render better charge distribution.
