摘要
为了解决钢铁企业粉尘污染越来越严重的问题,合理地回收和利用含铁资源,作者运用添加精矿粉和其它粘结剂成型的方法,采用回转窑预还原的工艺手段,对武钢各种含铁粉尘的回收利用进行了广泛的实验研究,探讨了回收工艺的合理性、经济性及可行性,获得了适宜于作为高炉炉料或炼钢用添加料的优质球团。
in order to solve the more and more serious problems caused by industrial dust pollution in iron-' and steelworks, rationally recover and utilize the dust contained rich ferrous minerals,this paper has made extentive experimental studies about how to utilize the all kinds of dusts in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company by means of adding fine-ores and other cohesive agents and using pre-reduction method in rotary kiln. The rationality, the economical and the actual practical possibility have been discussed. The high-quality pellets which could be used as burdens for blast furnace or as addition agent for steelmaking have also obtained.
