摘要
目的 :研究中药复方剂制对血瘀证大鼠凝血—纤溶系统的影响 ,探讨其防治心脑血管栓塞性疾病作用机理。方法 :用心脑苏通混悬液给予大鼠灌胃1周 ,第7日同时对大鼠皮下注射2次0 1 %肾上腺素0 08ml/kg,其间进行一次冷刺激 (冰水 ,0℃ )5分钟 ,于第8日晨复制成血瘀实验模型 ,并采血测定凝血—纤溶各指标。结果 :益气活血方能明显降低纤维蛋白原 (Fib)含量 (P<0 01) ,提高血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (tPA)、纤溶酶 (PL)活性 (P<0 01) ,降低纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂 (PAI)、纤溶酶原(PLg)活性 (P<0 01) ,且大剂量组优于小利量组及对照组 (P<0 05) ,而对减少D—Dimer的形成各组间无显著性差异 (P>0 05)。结论 :益气活血方具有调节凝血—纤溶系统功能活性作用 。
Objective:To study the effects of compound preparation made up of pure traditional chinese herbs on coagulation-fibrinolytic system of acute blood stagnation in rats and explore its mechanism on preventing heart and cerebral thrombolic disease Methods:The suspension of Xinnao Sutong was given to rats by gastrotube for 1 week.The rats were given with hypodermic injection of 1g/L adrenaline 0.08ml/kg twice and a cold stimulation(freezing water at 0℃)for 5 minutes on the 7th day.The model of acute blood stagnation in rats was eatablished and the indexes of coagulation and fibrinolytic system were detected on the 8 the day.Results:The drug significanthy reduced fibrinogen content(P<0 01),it clearly raised the activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator(tPA)and plasmin(pl)(P<0 01)and decreased the activity of plasminogen activator inhabitor (PA1) and plasminogen(plg)(P<0 01).Large dose group was better than that in the small dose and control groups(P<0 05).There was no significant difference between the three groups in decreasing D_Dimer(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xinnao Sutong is effective in modulating the functional activity of coagulation-fibrinolytic system,which is probablyone of the mechanisms of its preventing ischemic heart and cerebral blood vessal thrombolic disease.
