摘要
铁丝连续镀锌的生产过程由拉丝、热处理、前处理、镀锌、后处理和废水处理所组成。本文对上述生产过程中的工艺、设备、质量控制和故障排除等进行了详细介绍。用较大篇幅重点叙述了镀锌液各组分的作用及操作条件对产品质量的影响 ;分析了各类镀锌光亮剂的作用 ,并对今后镀锌光亮剂的研究工作提出了期望。
The production process of continuous zinc electroplating for steel wire was composed of wire drawing, heat treatment, pretreatment, zinc plating and post\|treatment as well as wastewater treatment. The technology, equipment, quality control and troubleshooting in the procedure were presented in detail, especially for the roles of components in zinc plating solution and the effects of operation conditions on the product quality. The effects of various kinds of zinc plating brighteners were also analyzed and the future research about brightener was prospected.
