摘要
目的 观察穴位注射治疗原发性帕金森病的疗效及其与患者脑脊液中单胺类神经递质的关系。方法 用足三里、阳陵泉穴位注射脉络宁注射液的方法治疗原发性帕金森病 ,以《改良 Webster症状评分表》评定疗效 ,用高效液相色谱——电化学检测法检测脑脊液中单胺类神经递质的变化情况。结果穴位注射的总有效率为 6 5 % ,治疗对中枢单胺类神经递质有影响 ,但疗效变化与递质变化未见有显著意义的相关。结论 穴位注射对原发性帕金森病有一定疗效 。
Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupoint injection on primary Parkinson's disease and its relationship to monoamine neurotransmitters in the cerebrospinal fluid of the patients. Method Primary Parkinson's disease was treated by points Zusanli (ST 36) and Yanglingquan (GB 34) injection of Mailuoning and the curative effect was evaluated by Modified Webster Symptom Score Table. A change in monoamine neurotransmitters in cerebrospinal fluid was examined by high performance liquid chromatography electrochemical process. Results The total effective rate from acupoint injection was 65%. The treatment had an influence on central monoamine neurotransmitters, but there was no significant correlation between the curative effect and a change in transmitters. Conclusion Acupoint injection has a certain curative effect on primary Parkinson's disease and can cause a change in central monoamine neurotransmitters.
