摘要
本文主要对以丁醇钛、无水醋酸铅、乙醇锆为原料制备锆钛酸铅(RZT)陶瓷的溶胶——凝胶(Sol—Gel)方法进行了研究.实验表明,在650℃焙烧两小时凝胶粉末生成晶相的锆钛酸铅粉料,并且具有高均匀性,高纯度.在1200℃,170kg/cm^2和2h条件下通氧热压烧结的陶瓷具有优良的压电性能.
Ferroelectric Lead-Zirconate-Titanate was prepared by Sol-Gel method with Titanium butoxide and anhydrous Lead acetate and Zirconium alkoxi-de. A single crystal phase of PZT have formed at 650℃ for 2hrs.The powders possessed high purity and homogeneity.The ceramics had a high density
(7.63g/cm3) and fine electric properties by hotpressing on O2 at 1200℃, 170kg/cm2 for 2 hour.
