摘要
本文用微扰方法研究了涨落对约瑟夫逊隧道结的影响.在修改后的Sine—Gordon方程中加进涨落项ξ(xt),并计入常偏置和耗散作用的影响,利用微扰方法,求出约结两端的位相差函数,从而求出涨落电压和磁通流量子速度的平均值,发现平均电压与一些文献上的定性讨论相符,即与外加偏置电流I的大小成正比,与临界电流I_0成反比,与等效电阻成反比.其次,本文对涨落电压进行了谱密度分析,求出的谱密度表达式,形式上类似于散射理论中讨论的两种散射的动力学结构因子.
The influence of fluctation to Josephson tunnel jection are Considered in this paper. An analytical solution φ is obtained by means of Mclaughlin and Scott perturbation theory from Sine-Gordon equation with adding fluctation terra ξ(xt) and loss term βφt. From this analytical solution, We calculated the average voltage between the jection and the average velocity of a fluxon in the jection. The results are agreeable well with those of qualitative theoritical results discussed in many reference.
