摘要
本文报道了N—[4—氨磺酰苯基]—2—羟基—3—甲氧基苯甲亚胺(SHMB)与钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、铜(Ⅱ)和锌(Ⅱ)的四个新配合物的合成,测定了它们的化学组成:M(C_(14)H_(13)O_4N_2S)_2,(M=Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ).研究了配合物的摩尔电导、磁性、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱以及热谱等性质,并以SHMB和CU(SHMB)_2进行动物试验,初步结果表明Cu(SHMB)_2有一定的抗肿瘤活性.
In this work, the solid complexes of Cobalt (Ⅱ) , Nickel (Ⅱ) , Cop per (Ⅱ) and Zinc (Ⅱ) with N - (4-Aminosulfnylphenyl) - 2-Hydroxy - 3 -Methoxybenzalimine have been synthesized in anhydrous ethanol medium. These new complexes have been investigated by means of elementary analysis, molar conductance, magnetic moment, infrared spectra, UV/VIS spectra and DTA. They have the composition of M(C14H13O4 N2 S)2(M = Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ)). Animal screening data showed that Cu(SHMB)2 exhibits certain antitumor activity.
