摘要
文章分析了城市医疗机构发展与竞争应遵循的目标、原则 ,提出推进城市各类医疗机构有序发展、公平竞争的基本策略 。
The paper discussed the principles and objectives on the development of medical services institutions and the competitions in urban areas.Also the relevant macro po1icy of government management and market supervision were discussed. The authors recommend the strategies of the development of medical services institutions keep in right order and encouragement fair competition in health sectors.
