摘要
介绍了 SM490 A～ 5 2 0 B系列高强度低合金焊管的开发研制和替代普通焊管在建筑结构、脚手架、网架结构等一般结构中的应用。与普通 Q2 35钢焊管机械性能对比分析 ,表明该高强度低合金焊管的承载能力、抗弯性能和压杆稳定性均优于普通焊管 ,且单重轻。实际应用证明 ,该产品可广泛应用在建筑结构、脚手架、网架结构中。
The research and development of SM490A 520B seri es high strength low alloy welded pipe are introduced to replace general welded pipe in application of construction, scaffold and network structure. Compared wi th Q235 grade steel pipe mechanical properties, the loading ability, anti-bend p roperty and stability of this high strength low alloy steel are superior to andl ighter than general welded pipe. The practical application states that this kind of product can wildly used in construction structure, scaffold and network stru cture.
