摘要
提出的抗震结构最优设计(设防)烈度的决策方法具有以下特点:(1)以最近ISO2394;1998《结构可靠度总原则》提出的优化目标为目标函数;(2)完全和我国现行的设计规范犤1犦的精神和规定相一致;(3)指出抗震结构的三级设防标准犤1犦(小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒)与我们提出的结构的三级工作模式犤2犦(安全、中介、失效)在概念上是一致的,因而可以利用文献犤3犦中提出的抗震结构可靠性向量分析方法进行地震危险性分析。
A decision-making process to establish the optimal design of intensity for aseismic structures with three levels of fortification is put forward and it features(1)the adoption of the objective function of optimization proposed recently by International standard ISO2394;1998《General Principles on Reli-ability for Structures》;(2)complaince with the National Design Code;(3)considering the three levels of fortification as three states of work:safety(undamaged),intermediate(repairable)and failure(destruc-tion),and hence a very simple and convenient method to determine safety probability P R ,intermediate probability P M and failure probability P f is given.
