摘要
目的 探讨大鼠全氟异丁烯 (PFIB)吸入性急性肺损伤的毒理学特点。方法 动态呼吸道中毒装置内中毒的大鼠在不同时间进行蛋白含量、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性以及湿肺体比的检测。结果 大鼠急性吸入毒性 5min的半数致死浓度 (LC50 )为 (0 186± 0 0 8)mg/L ;肺系数、肺泡灌洗液中蛋白含量与LDH活性在中毒后不同时间出现明显变化 ,血浆中总蛋白含量变化不明显。结论 PFIB对大鼠致渗出性肺损伤 ,吸入毒性强。
Objective To characterize the inhalation lung damage and edema induced by perfluoroisobutylene (PFIB). Methods Rats were exposed to PFIB in a dynamic whole body exposure chamber, changes of albumen in both serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in BALF, and lung wet/body weight (Lw/Bw) ratio were studied. Results The PFIB LC 50 value was at the level of 0.28±0.08 mg/L×5 min, and Lw/Bw increased significantly with obvious time and dose dependence, while no obvious changes of albumen were shown in the serum, significant increase in BALF albumen concentration and LDH activity were observed. Conclusion PFIB could cause severe acute lung injury characterized by permeable edema.
