摘要
评价青年腰椎间盘突出症综合康复治疗疗效 ,报告了 12 7例青年战士腰椎间盘突出症患者 ,均经螺旋 CT检查结和临床确诊 ,均于采用牵引、中频电、超短波、红外线及中药外敷等方法综合性治疗 2个疗程后复查 CT,对照分析治疗前后椎间盘突出物的变化 ,并进行疗效的量化评价。结果显示 2个疗程治疗后 ,疗效显著率为 83.6 2 %。复查 CT发现 ,椎间盘突出物均有所减小(P<0 .0 5 ) ,但无 1例完全消失。说明青年腰椎间盘突出症因腰椎间盘尚未发生明显退变 ,综合性康复治疗效果好 。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation treatment on lumbar disc hernia in adolescents. Methods: One hundred and twenty-seven soldiers with lumbar disc hernia were treated with mid-frequency current therapy, ultrashort wave, infrared therapy, herb-application and traction therapy for two courses. The change of material of herniation of nucleus pulpous was studied and the CT quantification was assessed. Results: Through two courses of treatment, 121 solders obtained the satisfied clinical effects, the effective rate was 83.62%. On CT scan, the material of lumbar disc hernia shortened, but none completely disappeared. Conclusions: The study suggested that the synthetical treatments as mentioned above all have better effects for lumbar disc hernia. It is beneficial to reduction of lumbar disc hernia.
