摘要
目的 :探讨糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘出 (ECCE)人工晶体 (IOL)植入术的可行性及手术时机。方法 :回顾性分析 2 0例 (3 1眼 )合并糖尿病的白内障患者行现代白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术疗效。结果 :术中术后无严重并发症 ,70 9%病人术后矫正视力≥ 4 7。结论 :仅术前血糖水平高于正常并非手术禁忌 ,对无或合并单纯性糖尿病视网膜病变的患者只要经过饮食和降糖药物控制使血糖稳定于一定水平 。
Objective:20 diabetes (31 eyes)with Extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and intraocular lens (IOL)implantation were reviewed.Method:20 diabetes (31 eyes)of patients with cataract were performed with extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens (IOL)implantaion.The pre-operative glucose level in the blood was less than 8.33 mmol/L in 25 eyes (80.6%),higher than 8.33 mmol/L in 6 eyes (19.6%).It had been followed up for 3 months.Results:No severe compications during and after the operation were found.70.9% eyes obtained postoperative corrected visual acuities(P≥4.7).Conclusion:Hyperglycemia alone is not a contraindication of the operation.After blood sugar is controlled to certain level through diet and medicine,it is safe to undertake ECCE and IOL operation in patient without or with single diabetic retinopathy.
