摘要
本文借助 TEM、IR 光谱、Raman 光谱等分析手段,研究了液相沉淀法制备氧化锆超细粉末的团聚机理。实验结果表明,胶体性能对粉末团聚状态起决定作用。残余离子(NH_4^+、Cl^-)使干凝胶中非架桥羟基数量增加,产生粉末硬团聚体。改善胶体的均匀性和分散性,可以有效地控制粉末的团聚状态。
By means of TEM,IR and Raman spectra techniques,the agglomeration mechan-ism of ultrafine zirconia powders prepared by wet-chemical precipitation method hasbeen studied.The results obtained indicate that the agglomerate state is mainly infl-uenced by colloid properties.The remaining ions can increase the amount of non-bridging hydroxy groups in the dried-gel,so that the agglomerates of ZrO_2 powdersare generated.By improving the homogeneity and dispersity of the colloid,theagglomerate state of the powders can be controlled effectively.
