摘要
本文总结出一个“经验函数关系式”,从结晶化学和热力学观点,阐述结晶化学稳定剂影响无机化合物高温相稳定性的结晶化学规律和机理。若要加入结晶化学稳定剂 M′,使化合物的高温相稳定到室温,M 和 M′阳离子首先必须满足“经验函数关系式”:ρ=-0.48 log|△X|+0.240(±0.030),ρ=(Z~*_Me^3)/R_M)/(Z~*_M′e^2)/(R_M)。那么当 M′置换了 M ,形成固溶体时,所产生的“M-M′置换的体积效应”可能将化合物的高温相稳定到室温。该“经验函数关系式”具有一定的预测能力。
The “experiential function formula” is proposed in this paper.If the stabilizerM'is added to a compound in order to cause its high temperature phase to be stabi-lized to room temperature,first M and M' cations must satisfy the“experientialfunction formula”;ρ=-0.480 Log|Δx|+0.240(±0.030),where ρ=(Z_M~*e^2/R_M)/(Z_M~*e^2/R_M′).W hen the solid solution is formed by substitution of M with M′,the“volume effect of M-M′substitution” is produced.As a result,the high temperaturephase of the compound is stabilized to room temperature.The “experiential functionformula” has a certain ability for forecasting.
