摘要
微机化声显微镜系列已研制成功。它利用一台 IBM—PC/AT 机控制整机工作,并完成声显微图象的数字存贮、处理、显示。它具有操作灵活、观察方便、信息丰富、功能齐全等优点。已成功地应用于材料科学方面的研究工作。如对高温结构陶瓷零件内部微缺陷的无损检测、材料疲劳实验过程观察、陶瓷件磨擦过程中亚表层结构研究等。在应用中表现出其它手段所没有的一些功能。
A SAM series with a microcomputer is presented.Its operation is controlledwith a IBM-PC/AT.The digital image storage,processing and display with highresolution are also performed with the same microcomputer.This series exhibitssome features,such as easy to handle,convenient for observation,rich information,and rather complete in function.Therefore,it has been successfully used in materialsciences,for example,NDT to refractory construction ceramics,the observation ofprocess of fatigue test of specimens,the study of the Subsurface structure of cera-mics during griding.These features of SAM are superior to those of other measuringmethods.It can be concluded that SAM as a nondestructive testing tool is promis-ing.
