摘要
玻璃基片是制作光盘的重要元部件之一。本文介绍了玻璃光盘基片的离子交换增强原理和方法,给出了钠钙硅玻璃基片的钢化处理结果和 GOS-10型13.34cm(5.25时)高强度玻璃光盘基片的主要性能。
Glass substrate is an important element used for making optical disk.In thispaper,the principle and method of the toughening of glass substrate by ion exchan-ge are described.The experimental results of toughening of Na-Ca-Si-O glass andthe primary property parameters of toughened glass substrate for optical disk of13.34cm(5.25 inch)diameter are given.
