摘要
目的 为了探讨活动平板运动试验在冠心病中的诊断价值。方法 以冠状动脉造影作为对照 ,对 14 6例平板运动试验结果进行分析。结果 平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性为 87% ,特异性为 6 7% ;而多支冠脉病变病人的平板运动试验阳性率与单支病变病人的无明显差异 ;女性平板运动试验假阳率高于男性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 平板运动试验诊断冠心病是一种简便。
Objective To study the value of treadmill exercise ECG testing in diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods ECG stress tests with maximal treadmill exercise was compared with coronary arteriography in 146 cases.Results The sensitivity and specificity of treadmill exercise ECG testing to predict coronary artery disease was 87% and 67%.The patients with multi vessel disease had not a higher positive rate of treadmill exercise ECG testing as compared with the patients with single vessel disease.The female patients had a higher false positive rate than the male.Conclusion The treadmill exercise ECG testing is a convenient and valuable method for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
