摘要
在常温下测量了不同施主食量的 BaTiO_3陶瓷的正电子寿命谱。按照正电子理论对实验结果进行了分析讨论。结果表明,自由钡空位的正电子寿命强度随施主含量的增加而经历一极大值。因而,当施主含量小于某一值时,自由钡空位浓度随施主掺杂量的增加而增加;超过最大值后,自由钡空位浓度随施主含量增加而减少,并逐步趋于平缓。这一事实强烈地支持了复合缺陷模型。
Positron lifetime spectra were measured at room temperature in BaTiO_3 ceramicswith different donor contents and analized according to the positron theory.It canbe found that the intensity of positron lifetime of barium vacancy goes through amaxium as the donor content increases.If the donor content is less than 0.25%,the concentration of uncomplexed barium vacancy increase as the donor content inc-reases.If the donor content is more than 0.25%,the concentration of uncomplexedbarium vacancy decreases as the donor content increases.The results support stron-gly the theory of the complexed defect model.
