热喷涂Mo、Al涂层界面的透射电镜研究 被引量:2

摘要 运用透射电镜,配以光学金相,X 光衍射及电子探针等方法,详细研究了等离子喷涂 Mo 涂层与电弧喷涂Al 涂层的界面相组成,成份与结构。结果表明:Mo 涂层与钢基材的结合类型主要是冶金结合,其界面区内存在许多反应产物,反应扩散层厚度约为 20~40μm。Al 涂层的结合类型则以机械结合和物理结合为主,仅在界面少数孤立点上有反应发生。文中最后给出了两种涂层结合机理的概述。 The interface phase,composition and structure of plasma sprayed Mo coatingand arc sprayed Al coating were studied by using TEM in combination with opticalmetallography,XRD and EPMA.It is shown that the bonding type of Mo coatingwith steel substrate is mainly metallurgical bonding with numerous reaction productsin the interface area and a width of interface diffusion zone of about 20-40μm Onthe contrary,the bonding of arc sprayed Al coating and steel substrate is mainlymechanical and physical,The metallugical reaction happened only in some isolatedpoints.A survey of bonding mechanism of the two coatings was also given.
