摘要
我国证券市场佣金收取率过高 ,佣金收入占券商总利润比例过大 ,返佣现象突出。这是计划经济制度“后遗症”和市场经济制度“贫血缺失症”双重作用下的结果 ,也是对券商单一考核方式的产物 。
The main problems of commission system in China's Security Market are high commission ratio,great commission revenue and excessive commission discount. The causes resulted in the above trouble are as follows:the dual affection between Planned Economy and Market Economy, the mere way of assessing security companies. In addition, the cause also involves in the negative effect of competive regular in the imperfect security market.
