摘要
该文通过分析目前我国机场管理存在的问题 ,提出了民航总局将机场下放地方政府进行管理 ,进行联合重组 ,建立中枢机场 ,引进股份制进行体制改革 ,建立现代企业制度实现经营机制的转变等对策 。
The article analyses the questions at present in the airport administration and make suggestions that Air Bureau transfer the airport administration to the local government, carry through the cooperation restructure,set up the backbone airport, reform the system by stock, build a modern enterprise system and alter the operation function, etc. the purpose is to heighten the level of the air administration in our country.
