摘要
随着时代的变迁和人才培养规格的提高 ,势必对大学德育提出更高的要求。目前 ,德育工作的思想方法已成为制约德育工作开展的瓶颈问题。为了卓有成效地开展德育工作 ,德育必须向生活回归、向人回归 ,实现德育理念素质化、德育内容生活化、德育学习主体化和德育过程情感化。
With the change of era and standard of talent's education, moral education in university has been expected to reach higher levels. At present, the efficiency has become the key issue of moral education. To make moral education more efficient, we suggest that moral education become the personalized process. Thus, moral education should return to student's lives and return to man itself. It is emphasized that moral contents should be connected with student's lives, students be regarded as the subject of learning, and moral processes be emotionalized.
