摘要
以工程实例为依据 ,介绍了用CASS—气浮工艺处理洗毛废水的设计、调试经验和体会。在进水CODCr为 6 0 0～110 0mg L的条件下 ,经过该工艺处理后 ,出水CODCr均稳定在 6 0mg L以下 ,各指标优于设计的《污水综合排放标准》GB8978- 1996一级标准 。
Based on practical project,the paper introduced mainly the experinece of design and debug on treatment of washing feather wastewater with CASS air floatation process.After treatment by this process,when COD Cr concentration in the influent was ranging from 600 mg/L to 1 100 mg/L,and that in the effluent was lower than 60 mg/L steadily,the other indexes such as BOD 5 and SS etc.could meet the first order criteria of “National Wastewater Dischange Standard”(GB8978 1996),further more,the treated effluent can be recyled.
