超声雾化蒸馏水激发试验对小儿支气管哮喘的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 对57例哮喘儿童及30例健康儿童作超声雾化蒸馏水(UNDW)激发试验与组织胺激发试验。结果:57例哮喘儿中UNDW激发试验53例阳性反应,30例正常儿吸入蒸馏水量均达30ml而不出现阳性反应,UNDW激发试验的特异性为100%,比组织胺激发(93%)为高;UNDW试验敏感性为93%,较组织胺试验(97%)低。但UNDW的重复性良好,操作简便,不需病儿密切配合,且无不良反应,故可取代组织胺激发试验。 Ultrasonically nebulized distilled water ( UNDW ) challenge test and histamine challenge test were performed on 57 asthmatic children and 30 healthy children. The results were as follows. Fifty-three of 57 cases had positive response to UNDW challenge test. In the 30 cases of normal children, 30 ml of distilled water had been inhaled, but no positive response was recorded. The specificity of UNOW chal-kenge test was 100%, higher than that of the histamine challenge, and the sensivity of UNDW challenge test was 93%, lower than that of the histamine challenge. But the repeatability of the UNDW challenge test was higher. The method used in the UNDW challenge test was simple and easy and didn't need close coordination of the patient. No harmful reaction was observed during the procedure, so that the UNDW challenge test could replace the histamine challenge test.
