对硫磷对大鼠红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究发现,体外试验对硫磷可明显抑制大鼠红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性(150为5.0×10^(-1)mol/L)。酶动力学分析表明此种抑制是一种混合性抑制作用。体内试验无论对硫磷5.0~25.0mg/kg一次腹腔注射还是2.5mg多次连续注射,均未见对大鼠红细胞膜Ca^(2+)-ATP酶有明显影响,但血浆Ca^(2+)含量呈现出一定的变化趋势。结果提示对硫磷对细胞内钙稳态体系可能有一定的干扰作用。 In vitro Parathion can significantly inhibit the Ca2+-ATPase activity of rat erythrocyte membranes ( J50 = 5.0×10-1 mol/L), which is a sort of mixed inhibition, according to the enzyme kinetic analysis! while in vivo, Parathion showed no significant effects on Ca2+-ATPase of rat erythrocyte membranes, only some changes in serum Calcium concentration after administrating Parathion 5.0-25mg/kg once or 2.5mg/kg per day for consecutively 15 days by ip. These results suggest that Parathion may be able to disturb the intracellular Ca2+ homestasis system.
