不同硒水平对慢性氟中毒大鼠的保护作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的 研究不同硒水平对慢性氟中毒大鼠的保护作用。方法  SD大鼠随机分为 4个组 ,3个实验组均饮 10 0 m g/L 高氟水 ,其中有 2个组饲料加硒 ,加硒量分别为 2 .12 mg/kg和 3.0 6 m g/kg。实验期为 4个月 ,每周测体重 ,每月收集 2 4 h尿 ,测饮水、摄食及排尿量而后计算其日平均摄氟、排氟量 ,并每月测尿液氟含量 ,查氟斑牙发生情况。在实验进行到 1个月和 4个月时测尿硒含量。实验末处死大鼠后查氟骨症发生情况、取骨组织观察病理形态变化。结果  3个实验组与对照组比较摄氟量升高 ,排氟与摄氟比值降低 ,尿氟浓度升高。 2个加硒组较未加硒组排氟与摄氟比值升高 ,早期大鼠尿氟浓度升高明显 ,氟骨症、氟斑牙发生例数减少 ,病理资料显示骨组织中骨小梁粗细较均匀 ,排列有序。与此同时大鼠饮水、摄食状况改善 ,体重增加、排尿量升高。且饲加硒 3mg/kg饲料组上述效果较饲加硒 2 m g/kg饲料组明显。结论 硒对氟有拮抗作用 ,每公斤饲料加硒 3mg以下时 。 Objective To study the protection of diferent selenium level to rats with chronic fluorosis.Methods 96 SD rats were randomly separated to 4 groups,100 mg/L fluorosis was added in drinking water in three tested groups.At the same time,there are two tested were supplemented selenium in fodder ,the amount ofselenium was 2mg/kg and 3 mg/kg.Rats' weight was tested every week,the amount of drinking water and diet,the excretion of urine and the contents urine fluorosis were tendentionsly surveyed every month to four months and then ,intake and excretion of fluorosis were calculated perday the contents of selenium in urine was measured in the 1th,4th month.The cases of dental fluororsis was surveyed every month.In the 4th month, the cases of skeletal fluorosis and pathological change of skeletal were surveyed.Results Fluorosis absorption increased and fluorosis excretion/fluorosis absorption rate increased and concentrition of urine fluorosis significantly increased in the early period of experiment.The cases of dental fluorosis and skeletal Huorosis decreased, Pathological materials showed that trabeculae of skeleton tissue are even in thickness or thinness (in diameter), and arrayed in order. At the same time,state of eating and drinking improved ,the weight rose and the amount of urine excretion highed.The effect said in front rose obviously in the group of 3.06 mg/kg selenium supplemented compared with the 2.12 mg/kg selenium supplemented group.Conclusions Selenium can antagon fluorosis.When the amount of selenium supplemented in fodder is below 3 mg/kg,the effect of antagonism strengthens with the amount of selenium increasing.
