摘要
用电镜细泡化学技术观察了SiO_2粉尘对肺泡巨噬细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶细胞内分布的影响与细胞超微结构形态变化的关系。结果提示,较高SiO_2剂量所致的巨噬细胞损伤,并非完全是SiO_2粉尘与次级溶酶体膜直接相互作用的结果。
A study was conducted to observe the effect of silica on distribution of ACPase within the mac-rophages and its relation to the alteration of ultrastructures of cells. The results showed that at higher dose of silica, macrophages injury can not be completely the result of the direct interaction between silica and secondary lysosome membrane of macrophages.
