摘要
对 3个引进日本甜柿品种在山区新垦荒地的果实生长动态、果形变化、着色情况、含糖量和硬度变化以及营养成分含量等进行研究 ,结果表明 ,甜柿横径和纵径增长不完全同步 ;8月份是柿果生长的转折时期 ,果皮着色从 8月下旬开始 ,含糖量在着色前迅速增加 ,果肉硬度在果皮开始着色时最高 ;成熟期测定 ,富有、阳丰和前川次郎的果实总糖含量分别为 14 .2 7g/ 10 0 g、13.83g/10 0 g和 14 .36 g/ 10 0 g ,维生素C含量分别为 34.91mg/ 10 0 g、31.5 2mg/ 10 0 g和 5 1.0 1mg/ 10 0g ,甜柿品种的钙、磷、铁等营养成分含量也很高 ;
Studies have been conducted to the growth trend , the change of the shape,the pigmentation, the saccharinity , the rigidity and the nutrition component of the fruit of sweet persmmons on the mountainous area.The experiment results showed that the fruit growth was not synchronous between horizontal and vertical diameters;there was a transition phase in August,the pericarp pigmentation began from the last ten day of August,the saccharinity of fruit increased rapidly,the flesh rigidity was tiptop in the last ten day of August.It was determined in autumn that the total sugar contents were 14.27g/100g, 13.83g/100g 和14.36g/100g of Fuyou,Yangfeng and Qianchuancilang, their vitamin C contents were 34.91mg/100g ,31.52mg/100g and 51.01mg/100g respectively,and their calcium,phosphorus,iron etc were rich ;the fecundity of three variaties was very good.
