摘要
采用放射免疫分析方法测定了10例中期妊娠和20例早期妊娠注射雷佛奴尔前后血清和尿中β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)的变化,了解其对肾脏功能的影响。结果羊膜腔内注雷佛奴尔100mg组血、尿中β_2-MG的差异无显著性(P>0.05),而宫腔内注射雷佛奴尔100mg组尿中β_2-MG明显升高(P<0.05),提示此剂量对肾小管功能有损害。用药50mg组尿β_2-MG注药前后差异无显著性(P>0.05),并且起到与100mg组同样的效果。作者认为宫腔内注雷佛奴尔50mg可作为早期妊娠引产的安全剂量。
In order to find out the effects of rivanol on the functions of kidney the variations of β_2-microglobin (β_2-MG) in serum and urine were measured by method of ridioimmunoassay with injection of rivanol in 30 pregnant women, 10 cases at the middle stage of pregnancy and 20 cases at early stage. The content of β_2-MG in serum and urine from group with 100 mg of rivanol injected into the amniotic cavity had no significant difference compared with that before injection (P>0.05). But in group with 100 mg of rivanol injected into the uterine cavity the conect of β_2-MG in the urine increased significantly (P<0.05). It showed that the content of rivanol in the second group did damage to the tubule of kidneys. In group with 50 mg of rivanol used in the uterine cavity, the content of β_2-MG in the urine had no significant diffenence compared with that before injection. Therefore, it is safe for 50 mg of rivanol to be injected into uterine cavity. And its effect on inducing abortion is equal to the dosage of 100 rag. In one word, 50 mg of rivanol can be the safe dosage to be injectad into uterine cavity for inducing abortion at early stage of pregnancy.
