摘要
用放射免疫分析法测定了70例糖尿病(DM)人及24例正常人的血清C-肽释放试验的结果,认为C-肽含量测定可准确反映糖尿病人,尤其应用胰岛素治疗的DM病人胰腺β细胞功能,对DM分型和选择治疗方案有重要意义。是胰岛移植最可靠的监测指标之一。
Serum C-peptide levels of 70 casesof siabeted mellitus were measured by RIA and compared with those the C-peptide, combining with the values of blood sugar, glucose tolerance test and C-peptide releasing test, was considered as a.most dependable index. It might accurately manifest the pancrcatic β-cell function of the dianetes mellitus, especially who receivde the insulin treatment, The C-peptide has a significance in clinical subform amd selecting therapeutics tor the diaetes mel- litus. It may be one of the most reliable measuing indepes of pancreas or pancreatic islet transplantation.
