摘要
用生化编码法对临床155株非发酵菌进行了鉴定,分析了引起临床感染的非发酵菌菌种,并和传统的生化反应系列作了比较,肯定了生化编码法的优点及鉴定中应注意的问题。探讨了铜绿假单胞菌的生化特点和药物敏感试验,证明许多用传统生化系列很难定种的非发酵菌用生化编码法可以定种。
155 strains of non-fermenting gram-negative rods have been identified by biochemical series code method. Non-fermenting rods which induce clinical infection have been analysed by the method and compared with classical biochemistry methods. The results show that the biochemical series code method is preferable to the old method. The biochemical characteristics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its drug sensitivity test have been discussed. A lot of non-fermenting rods identified by old method with difficulty can be identifide easily to species by the biochemical series code method.
