摘要
对我省近年推广的豫玉 2 8、豫玉 18、掖单 19,3个玉米杂交种新陈种子的活力进行研究。结果表明 ,新种子的发芽率、发芽指数、苗高、幼苗干重 ,活力指数均优于陈种子 ,其中苗高、活力指数三个杂交种的新种子与陈种子的差别均达显著水平 ;新种子的电解质外渗百分率小于陈种子的电解质外渗百分率。
Using YU yu28, Yu yu18 and Yedan 19 spreaded in HeNan province in the recent years, determined the vigor of new and old seeds. The results shown as follows: The germination percentage, germination index, the length of seedling, the dry weight of seedding, and the vigor index of the new seeds are all better than those of the seed. The difference in the length of seedling and vigor index between the new seeds and the old ones is singificant. The exosmsis percentage of the new seeds is lower than the of the old. It's good way to select the new or high vigor seeds.
