摘要
家兔腹腔注射猪碲甲碱性提取物(简称碱提物)500mg/kg可缩短凝血时间、出血时间、血浆复钙时间和凝血酶原时间,抑制纤溶活性。体外能缩短兔耳动脉及来克亨鸡冠出血时间,促家兔血小板聚集。小鼠iv碱提物200mg/kg有抗肝素作用,而体外无抗肝素作用。家兔3P试验呈阴性结果。
Basic extract of pig's toe nail (BEPTN) ip 500 mg/kg can shorten coagulant time, bleeding time, blood plasm coagulant time, prothrombin time and inhibite ribrinolytic activity in rabbits. BEPTN can shorten styptic time of rabbits and fowls, promote rabbit's thrombocyte aggregation in vitro. BEPTN 200 mg/kg iv antagonise anticoagulant of Heparin in mice, but BEPTN doesn't plasm in vitro. BEPTN 500 mg/kg ip doesn't antagonise anticoagulant of Heparin by rabbit's increase fibrin degradation products in rabbits.
