摘要
本文认为推进高校后勤社会化必须是一种基于市场的改革过程 ,只有遵循市场经济的规律才能真正实现社会化。因而文章从高等教育的大众化进程、政府的主导作用和市场消费群体的高层次发展三个方面论述了高校后勤市场的形成、培育和发展过程 ,并从企业化和市场化二个阶段描述了高校后勤社会化的进程。
The authors of this paper argue that the socialization process of logistics in higher learning institutions must be a reform process based on the market, and that only by adhering to the laws of market economy can it be truly socialized. The paper discusses the formation,nurturing and development process of the market of higher learning institutions from such aspects as the popularization process of higher education, the govemment leading role and the high-level development of market consumer groups. It also describes the socialization process in terms of the two phases of enterprisation and marketization?
