Wheat starter for yellow rice wine brewing is produced by wheat especially the fresh red-soft wheat and the water addition varies according to wheat qualities with the usual addition quantity between 21.5 % to 25.5 %. In addition, proper application of thermal insulation materials is also a key factor. The thermal insulation materials must be uncovered timely and the product temperature be less than 55 ℃.
