摘要
基于机械系统动力学仿真原理 ,提出了一种集计算机辅助设计、有限元分析、机构运动仿真于一体的新方法。在ADAMS软件环境下 ,建立了ADAMS与ANSYS之间的双向数据传输 ,并对高速卷烟机烟支切割装置虚拟模型系统进行了动力学分析 。
Based on the dynamic simulation theory of mechanical system, a new method that integrated computer aided design(CAD), finite elements analysis(FEA) and mechanic system simulation(MSS) technology was presented. A two\|way model data exchange between ANSYS and ADAMS was established to under Adams environment, and dynamic analysis of the virtual prototype of a high speed cigarette\|cutting support system was carried out and the parameters responded by the model were highly agreed with the test data.
