摘要 研究了高效液相色谱法测定水样中的酚类物质。水样中的酚用WatersPorapak Sep Park固相萃取小柱预分离和富集 ,以C1 8为固定相 ,线性梯度洗脱为流动相 ,流速 1 .0mL min,梯度条件为 :A :1 %的醋酸乙腈溶液、B :0 .0 5mol L磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液 ,按开始 (2 0 %A +80 %B) ,2 0min (80 %A +2 0 %B)线性变化 ,各组分均在其最大吸收波长下检测。1 4种酚回收率在 92 .8%~ 1 0 8%之间 ,RSD在 1 .9%~ 3 .7%之间 ,最低检测浓度达 μg L级 ,方法用于环境水样中痕量酚的测定 ,结果令人满意。 Determination of phenols in water by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography was studied. Phenols in water can be enriched by solid phase extraction with Waters Porapak(R) Sep-Park-C-18 cartridge, and separated on a NovaP-ak-C-18 column (3.9 x 150 mm). The composition of mobile phase is A: acetonitrile containing 1 % of acetic acid, B: 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphates by linear gradient elution at a flow-rate of 1.0 m/min. The change of mobile phase is as follows: in 0 min (20% A and 80% B), 20min (80% A and 20% B). The PDA detector monitors at the maximum absorption of each phenols. The recoveries of phenols are 92.8% similar to 108%, and the RSD are 1.9% similar to 3.7%. The detection limits are mug/L level. This method has been applied to the determination of phenols in water with satisfictory results.
